Unauthorized Reseller List
Purchase of Digital Watchdog products from an unauthorized reseller may
exclude you from Digital Watchdog warranty, service or support. Also, you
should be aware that certain unauthorized resellers may have been or will be charged with criminal misconduct.
Please protect yourself - purchase from authorized resellers only.
Unauthorized resellers may show a pattern of complaints if you check with the Better
Business Bureau.
You may also find other complaints online about some unauthorized resellers.
Pictures taken of some unauthorized reseller locations have shown shuttered warehouses, mailbox stores, or apartment buildings.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not apply to your product under any of the
following conditions:
- The serial number has been removed or modified.
- Your product has been subjected to misuse or damage
(including water damage, physical abuse and/or improper
installation).
- Your product has been modified in any way.
- Your receipt or proof-of-purchase is from a
non-authorized dealer or internet auction site including
eBay, uBid, or other non-authorized resellers.
- You are not the original purchaser of the product
from an authorized dealer or did not receive it as a gift
from the original purchaser of the product from an
authorized dealer.
Unauthorized resellers appear and disappear, and may change
names often, but purchasing an Digital Watchdog product from any of the
unauthorized resellers listed below will subject you to unauthorized reseller risks.
